Returning to Inland T’lingit Nation, to a moment in history when Harold Gatensby (Dahka T’lingit) and Judge Barry Stuart subvert the colonial structure of juvenile court by re-implementing the longstanding T’lingit tradition of peace circles, which are practiced by many Indigenous nations as a restorative measure.
